What if my home suffers storm damage?
When it comes to insurance claims, we are experts in negotiating with your insurance company and we can make the process painless.
What if I have leaky skylights?
We will repair or replace them.
What about colors?
Most roofing materials are available in an assortment of colors. We will provide samples to help you decide which color is right for you.
What if someone is hurt during the repair?
We maintain current workers' compensation and liability insurance policies.
How long will it take to complete the repair?
Normally it will take one to three days, depending on the size of the roof. We are careful not to start unless we have a good weather forecast. If the weather catches us in the middle of a job, we are prepared to weatherproof the area.
What can we expect?
Before the new shingles can be installed the old shingles are removed. They are cleaned up from the ground around the house and loaded into a trailer. Bushes, plants and other objects around the house are covered to protect them from the falling shingles. Loose and breakable items should be removed from shelves and walls to protect them from the vibration while the roof replacement is underway. Our crew will move lawn furniture and other items away from the house to avoid damage. During the job it can be noisy with all the hammering that is done. One of the last things we do is roll a magnet through the yard and around the house to pick up any nails we may have missed. We will then schedule a final inspection with the customer.
When will I be expected to pay for the job?
After the final inspection and the work is complete.
Do you guarantee your work?
Absolutely! References are available upon request and our labor is covered by a 5-year warranty. The materials carry a minimum of a 20-year warranty. We use products from TAMKO, GAF, HERITAGE, ELK, OWENS CORNING, CERTAINTEED and TIMBERLING PROD.
